About Me

Hi, I'm Kevin.

I work in applied research for medical devices, specializing in software engineering and data science. My interests lie in building safe, highly performant software and machine learning models that make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

While I can't share specific work project details due to confidentiality obligations, I use this space to reflect on lessons learned, explore technical ideas, and offer general advice from my experience. I welcome questions, comments, or collaboration—feel free to reach out!

My number one hobby happens to also be my job. I still can't believe I get paid to do this stuff. I also enjoy hiking, trail running, backpacking, downhill skiing, traveling, reading history, spending time with family and the dogs, and churning out low-value blog content.

All opinions expressed here are, of course, my own.
